 
In the book I describe the four bodies that all together make a whole living functioning person. They are physical, emotional, mental and soul or spirit. If one or more of them is out of sorts, it can and does affect your perception of the world around you. I give you my version of a simple alignment technique that I have used for years that acknowledges each of the bodies and asks what it wants or needs to come into balance with the rest.
The easiest to be aware of is the physical. The emotional is also fairly easy. You are most aware of it if you are upset about something and can see the effect it can have on the thought processes of your mental body or the energy level of your physical body.
Learning to be aware of the different bodies and pay attention to their separate needs can help you get along better in the world. |
